Qualifications:

1.

Completion of an accredited Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy residency program in a relevant specialty such as Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Surgery, or Anesthesiology, leading to board eligibility or certification.

2. Valid medical license to practice in the State of West Virginia.
3. Good standing as a member of the Medical Staff.
4. Possession of a valid DEA certificate without restrictions.
5. Current CPR certification.
6. ACLS and PALS certifications are preferred.
7. NRP certification is recommended.
8. Credentialed and privileged to practice at Preston Memorial Hospital.
