Stockroom Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Associate to join our team at Orion RED. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our stockroom operations.

• Pick and Prepare Materials: Select and package required items for jobs, ensuring they are accurately labeled and stored in designated bins.
• Communicate Job Changes: Inform relevant departments of any changes or updates to job requirements.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, submitting order information to the purchasing department as needed.
• Physical Counts and Cycle Counts: Perform regular physical counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Shortage Reporting: Communicate any shortages to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
• Assist Other Departments: Provide support to other departments as needed, utilizing basic data entry and computer skills.
