Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare tax returns for partnerships, corporations, and individuals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Handle special projects, including tax audits, transaction structuring, and implementation of tax planning strategies, to provide value-added services to our clients.
  • Facilitate advanced tax research and resolve complex tax issues, demonstrating expertise and professionalism.
  • Lead and manage multiple tax engagements from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Demonstrate advanced tax technical knowledge necessary for advising clients and developing an area of expertise.
  • Participate in firm-wide marketing, recruiting, team-building, and other efforts to promote the firm's growth and success.
  • Develop outside relationships to generate referral sources and contribute to the firm's business development.
  • Adhere to firm policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a relevant position, preferably in tax or accounting.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent technology experience, with a focus on accounting or a related field.
  • Actively working toward passing the CPA Exam or relevant certification, with a commitment to maintaining required CPE credits annually.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance from the United States government, if required for governmental engagements.
