About the Role
This leadership position involves guiding teams in the design and implementation of secure cloud infrastructure solutions. You will work closely with clients to prioritize user experience and career growth, while also overseeing system configurations and ensuring security compliance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring CI/CD pipelines, performing automated testing and security scans, and deploying to various environments.

Key Responsibilities
* Configure CI/CD pipelines for multiple web applications
* Perform automated testing and security scans
* Deploy to various environments (Dev, Staging, Operations)
* Handle Infrastructure as Code and configuration management
* Author helm charts to deploy resources to OpenShift
* Manage and document system security, perform software updates, and document system architecture to demonstrate security compliance

Requirements
* 5-8+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, with leadership roles
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field/major, or 3 additional years of IT experience
* Proficiency with Linux operating systems
* Experience with Git and working with CI/CD pipelines
* Strong leadership skills and ability to guide teams

Preferred Skills
* Technical certifications (e.g., Network+, Security+, Oracle) or specialization in Software Development or Cloud Computing
* Experience delivering integrated solutions using Agile software techniques
* Knowledge and/or experience with NGA enterprise products
