We are seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to join our team and support our sales drivers in delivering operational excellence. This role is responsible for maintaining overall store cleanliness, completing tasks as assigned, and supporting the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through a focus on performance, people, and process.
Key Job Responsibilities
The Seasonal Task Associate will be responsible for:
- Performance: Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes
- People: Regularly participate in ongoing training, including brand and category education, to enable continuous professional development and drive sales performance
- Process: Maintain outstanding store standards and overall store cleanliness including salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area
