Tridant Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Clinical Director to lead our Physical Therapy department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical guidance, directing policies, and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective business strategies to drive clinic success
  • Supervise adherence to legal policies, regulations, and standards
  • Ensure adequate staffing with qualified personnel
  • Plan and supervise patient care and administrative operations
  • Manage medical records and hospital documentation
  • Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback
  • Manage clinic budget and authorize payroll
  • Act as liaison between patients, families, and care team members
  • Enforce values and communicate them to the physical therapy department
  • Offer analysis and suggestions for developing physical therapy operational policies
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a physical therapist
  • Proven financial planning and management skills
  • Knowledge of legal, medical, and accreditation compliance
  • Current valid and unencumbered physical therapist license
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree
  • Prior supervision experience preferred
