About the Role

This role will be instrumental in shaping and leading the Data & Analytics function within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in data management and analytics within the financial services industry.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and continuous improvement of the data management function
  • Develop a deep understanding of our Fintech partners' products, models, policies, procedures, and data flows
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure data collection processes are accurate and efficient
  • Collaborate with IT, data architects, data engineers, and other technical teams to ensure data infrastructure supports business requirements
  • Oversee data integration processes, including data migration and consolidation
  • Spearhead strategic data automation and collection initiatives
  • Conduct regular assessments of data quality and enhance reporting and business intelligence dashboards
