Facility Overview:
Opened recently, SMH-Venice Hospital is set on a 65-acre campus and boasts a 365,000-square-foot, three-story hospital, currently licensed for 178 private patient suites, a 28-bed emergency care center, and 8 surgical suites. Ongoing construction is set to continue into the near future, adding 34 additional private rooms and expanding the ER to accommodate 61 rooms, along with provisions for eight more surgical suites. SMH-Venice has been thoughtfully designed to cater to a growing community, with a master plan aimed at providing 400 private inpatient suites alongside appropriately sized emergency and surgical services to ensure quality care and accessibility.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time employed position at SMH-Venice.

- Call schedule will be 1:6 when fully staffed.
- Collaborative team environment with experienced professionals.
- Newly established 14,000 sq. ft. office space equipped with state-of-the-art technology for echocardiography and stress testing, as well as support for MUGA scans and a Coumadin and Pacemaker Clinic.
- The hospital features two new state-of-the-art Cath Labs, fully staffed to manage current and anticipated patient volumes.

- Non-Invasive Imaging: Stress (Nuclear/Echo), Transthoracic and Transesophageal Echocardiography, Vascular Ultrasound, Holter/Event/EKG, CTA.
- Interventional Cardiology: Cardiac catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions, Mechanical circulatory support devices, Peripheral Vascular Interventions, Structural Heart Interventions, Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices, Endovascular thrombectomy.
