Responsibilities:
  • Teach a range of courses in Global Politics and Politics of the Global South, including introductory and advanced courses
  • Contribute to the development of our undergraduate and graduate programs in Political Science
  • Engage in research and scholarship in the field of Comparative Politics
  • Participate in departmental and school-wide service activities
Requirements:
  • Ph.D. in Political Science or International Relations
  • Teaching experience and evidence of teaching effectiveness at the college level
  • Ability to teach courses in multiple regions, including Latin America, Africa, and Asia
  • Strong research and scholarship record in the field of Comparative Politics
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. in hand by the time of appointment
  • Experience teaching courses in International Relations
