Job Summary:

The primary responsibility is to accurately prepare and finalize medication orders before they are reviewed by a licensed pharmacist, facilitating the timely shipment of medications to patients and healthcare providers nationwide.


Core Duties:

Essential Functions:
1. Prepare medication orders for pharmacist review.
2. Ensure the accurate and proper filling of each order.
3. Maintain productivity levels as set by the supervisor.
4. Organize and prepare refrigerated and non-refrigerated shipments for daily dispatch via UPS and FedEx.
5. Assist in the packaging preparation for outgoing shipments.
6. Receive and stock orders, ensuring adequate inventory levels in the pharmacy.
7. Uphold a professional and tidy appearance in the pharmacy at all times.
8. Support the training of new employees as needed.
9. Complete all mandatory training and regulatory programs.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Attendance Expectations:
Must be punctual and available for scheduled shifts, including nights and weekends as required.

Educational Background:

Minimum Requirement:
High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualification:
Certification as a Pharmacy Technician or in a related field.

Experience:
Prior experience in a customer service role is essential.
3-6 months of experience as a pharmacy technician is preferred.

Employment Conditions:
Successful candidates will undergo a drug screening and must comply with ongoing monitoring for exclusions and sanctions as required by the position.

Compensation:

$ per hour.


The final compensation offer will be based on a thorough evaluation of relevant skills, experience, and educational background.
