Job Summary

The Staff LPN will be responsible for providing nursing services to clients in our medical unit, residential unit, and outpatient clinic. This includes administering medications, conducting assessments, and documenting client records. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Conduct assessments of clients and document findings in client records
  • Provide education and support to clients on medication management and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Participate in treatment teams and mandatory in-services as scheduled
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of New Jersey
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in detoxification
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
