Culinary Artist for Innovative Restaurant

We are seeking a talented Culinary Artist to join our team at Fire Ant Brewpub Tomball LLC. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for creating delicious meals that wow our customers using high-quality ingredients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Setting up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
• Preparing food and presenting it in an appealing manner
• Maintaining appropriate levels of inventory and restocking when necessary
• Following all food safety regulations
• Participating in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
• Performing other duties as assigned by the head chef or management

The successful candidate will possess:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Food Handlers Certification
• Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
