Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Act as a company advocate and embody the Sprinkles Culture, providing a positive and welcoming experience for all guests.
  • Product Knowledge: Retain and demonstrate proper policies and procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient service delivery.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate teamwork skills, relying on and assisting fellow coworkers to provide exceptional service.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including boxing, packaging, and plating cupcakes and other bakery goods.
Requirements
  • Passion for Customer Service: A passion and love of the Sprinkles product, brand, and experience.
  • Communication Skills: Able to communicate verbally and understand and follow written and verbal instructions from management.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to be on your feet for hours at a time, lift at least 25 pounds, and move around the front of the bakery.
