Job Summary:

We are seeking detail-oriented Dishwashers to ensure cleanliness and efficiency in our kitchen operations. As a member of the OHM team, you will enjoy competitive benefits, growth potential, and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment by sweeping and mopping floors, washing worktables, walls, refrigerators, and equipment.
  • Dispose of trash and garbage properly and operate dishwashing machines and hand wash dishes as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of utensils, pots, and pans, and assist with banquet setup and food preparation tasks.
  • Adhere to OSHA regulations and safety protocols, and maintain stock inventory and assist with storage organization.
  • Uphold personal hygiene standards and communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Greet guests warmly and assist as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions:
