About the Role

The Accounts Payable Administrator is a key position at Independent Can Company, responsible for overseeing the entire accounts payable process. This includes processing vendor invoices, making outgoing payments, posting to the general ledger, and performing month-end and year-end reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process vendor invoices and make timely payments
  • Manage the general ledger and ensure accurate financial postings
  • Prepare and submit monthly and annual reports
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle AP using an AP Automation System
  • Strong understanding of AP processes and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
