Ruby Tuesday Bartender Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Ruby Tuesday. As a key member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a safe and responsible environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to company recipes and standards.
  • Provide food service to guests dining in the bar area, including taking orders and serving food and beverages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
