We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our team at Supercuts.

Key Responsibilities

Our stylists undergo intensive training, attend regular seminars, and are recertified annually to stay ahead of the trends. We encourage ongoing training and education, paying our stylists to attend. This ensures they remain among the most skilled and confident in the industry.

We provide a wide range of professional services, including haircuts, color and highlights, waxing, and specialty services. Our proprietary tools and techniques guarantee exceptional results. Guests can check in online or by phone, with no appointment necessary.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Exceptional guest service skills, including understanding guest needs, providing quality consultations, and performing services requested efficiently and professionally
  • The ability to perform administrative tasks such as completing transactions on the computerized register, performing close-out procedures, and light housekeeping duties
Physical Demands

This role requires:

  • Standing for sustained periods
  • Frequent lifting up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 25 pounds
  • Continuous repetitive movement with fingers, hands, wrists, and arms
  • Continuous grasping and reaching, often above shoulder level
  • Exposure to various chemicals and fragrances used in performing services
  • The ability to observe guest hair, including close vision, color vision, and adjusting focus
  • Effective communication with guests regarding services offered and requested, as well as their needs and wants
Salary and Benefits
