About the Job

As an Automotive Lubrication Specialist at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' vehicles receive top-notch maintenance. With over 350 locations across 21 states, we are the pre-eminent automotive maintenance provider in the nation.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify areas requiring lubrication and maintenance.
  • Utilize hand or compressed air powered grease guns to service grease fittings, universal joints, and steering knuckles.
  • Inspect fluid levels of rear differential and rear axle housings.
  • Identify additional repairs needed for vehicles.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills by maintaining open communication with clients throughout the process.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is desired but not required.
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background screen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-focused attitude with ability to work well in a team environment.
