Responsibilities

The estimator will be responsible for:

  • Writing accurate and detailed estimates
  • Conducting process reviews to ensure quality repair
  • Checking in customer vehicles and completing final paperwork
  • Finalizing total loss administration
  • Other related tasks

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 1 year of estimating experience
  • Experience with Mitchell or CCC-1 estimating software
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A valid driver's license
