Job Summary
Atria Senior Living is seeking a skilled Medical Technician to join our team. As a Medical Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by assisting with daily medication administration, maintaining accurate medication records, and providing exceptional support with daily living activities.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications to residents as prescribed by physicians
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication records, including ordering and receiving medications
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
