Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at IntelyCare. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality patient care in post-acute care facilities, working closely with our nursing staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing nursing care to residents, including vital sign checks and regular reports to the nursing team
  • Observing resident conditions and alerting supervising staff to any concerns or emergencies
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, grooming, and feeding
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for residents, including changing linens and sanitizing surfaces
  • Communicating effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare staff

Requirements:

  • Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals and residents
