Job Description


The successful candidate will oversee a crew of 1-2 members, ensuring that assigned projects are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes high-end commercial and residential grounds maintenance, equipment operation, and adherence to industry standards.



Key Responsibilities



  • Manage daily tasks and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, crew members, and management
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations


Requirements


To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate:



  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to lift 50lbs or more
  • Valid PA Driver's license and commercial truck driving experience
  • Time management and problem-solving skills
  • Reliability and timeliness
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
