Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and executing personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving specific speech and language objectives.
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students, both in individual and group settings, under the guidance of a licensed SLP.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to enhance students' speech and language growth.
  • Track and document student progress, modifying treatment plans as needed.
  • Engage in IEP meetings and contribute insights regarding speech and language goals.
  • Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) through ASHA.
  • Preferred experience working with school-aged children.
  • Strong understanding of speech and language development and disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
