Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused General Merchandise Team Associate to join our team at Walmart Supercenter #2348. As a General Merchandise Team Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and assisting customers with their shopping needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering assistance with merchandise selection.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and removing trash and debris.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs, including helping them find products, answering questions, and resolving issues.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display maintenance to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.

Requirements
