Job Summary

As a key member of our team, the Coordinator-Customer Service will provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and staff. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care assistance under the direction of licensed personnel and physicians.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for the clinic and front office.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff members as needed.
  • Ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
  • Complete assigned goals and objectives.

Requirements

Education

Preferred: Associate's Degree in a related field.

Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience

Preferred: 3 years of experience in oncology or clinical office work.

Minimum: 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.

Special Skills

Preferred: Experience with EMR and Clinical Trial Management Systems.

Minimum: Computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
