Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fabricator to join our team at Oak Ridge Tool-Engineering Inc. as a Production Craftsman. In this role, you will be responsible for creating metal products from start to finish, including developing weld fixtures, layout, shaping, and welding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient production processes to meet customer requirements.
  • Create high-quality metal products using GMAW and GTAW processes.
  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings to ensure accurate product assembly.
  • Qualify welder performance in accordance with AWS and ASME codes and standards.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in metal fabrication and welding.
  • Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and interpreting specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
