Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bookkeeper to join our finance team at the Dolores Huerta Foundation (DHF). As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial recordkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, deposits, banking, and financial reporting.

Your expertise in financial software, including QuickBooks, will be essential in managing data uploads from Ramp and ADP. You will also work closely with our Finance Director to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Financial Recordkeeping: Oversee financial recordkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, deposits, banking, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with Finance Director: Work closely with the Finance Director to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Manage Data Uploads: Manage data uploads from Ramp and ADP into QuickBooks, ensuring accurate classification and reconciliation.
