Speech Therapist Opportunity in Rogers, TX

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join their team in Rogers, TX.
About the Role:
This full-time position requires a minimum of 1+ years speech therapy experience and offers a competitive salary within the range of $43-49 per hour, including benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, weekly pay under a W-2 classification, and a 401(k) retirement plan with matching contributions.
Key Details:
- This is a 3-day per week position starting in January and lasting until the end of the school year.
- The ideal candidate will be located in Rogers, TX, but will need to travel to assigned schools throughout the district.
Responsibilities:
This Speech-Language Pathologist will provide high-quality services to students in an educational setting, working closely with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to create individualized plans that meet the unique needs of each student. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and community members.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- A Master's degree or higher in Communication Disorders, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field.
- Current licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Texas.
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience working with students in an educational setting.
