Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Traffic Control Supervisor to join our team at AWP Safety. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe execution of traffic control operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain safe work zones
  • Communicate effectively with crew members to ensure a safe working environment
  • Control traffic flow to minimize disruptions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and protection
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in traffic control or a related field
  • ATSSA certification
  • TMA driver certification
  • TCS certification preferred
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Steel-toed boots
  • Ability to lift 50-60 pounds
  • Comfortable standing for 8-12 hours

Work Environment:

The Traffic Control Supervisor will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, exposed to various weather conditions and traffic situations. The position requires the ability to lift, push, and pull objects, as well as stand for extended periods.

Compensation:

A competitive hourly rate of $22.00-$25.00, based on experience.
