Role Summary: As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary contact for our service clientele. Your mission is to guarantee a superior customer experience, from appointment scheduling to clarifying repairs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain proactive and timely communication with clients and team members.
- Prepare for client visits through a pre-write process to document client needs ahead of their arrival.
- Present service recommendations and service menu options to all qualified clients.
- Utilize digital systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Deliver a world-class customer experience, aiming for a customer satisfaction score exceeding 90%.
- Achieve sales of over 2.25 hours per repair order to fulfill client needs.
- Exhibit outstanding teamwork and provide excellent client service.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive sector.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and a passion for working with vehicles and people.
- Exceptional communication, customer service, and sales skills with a solid understanding of automotive systems.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in computer software for scheduling and record-keeping.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be a non-drug user; we conduct hair follicle drug tests and maintain a drug-free workplace.
Compensation:
- Earn 5 percent of service labor gross and parts gross on tickets written.
- Responsible for minimizing excessive discounting or policy expenses.
