Job Title: Per Diem Nurse - Intermediate Care

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Per Diem Nurse to join our team at HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA. As a Per Diem Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in our Intermediate Care Unit.

Job Summary:

The Per Diem Nurse will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. If you are a dedicated and compassionate nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality care, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and medication administration records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Current State Nursing License
  • Minimum 1-year acute care experience in a hospital setting
  • Appropriate certifications for the specific position
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
