About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a Baker, you will be responsible for baking fresh bread and pastries, maintaining high standards for flavor and quality, and performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our cafe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bake all fresh bread and pastries for our cafe, using 100% real ingredients.
  • Maintain our high standards for flavor and quality, ensuring that every item meets our expectations.
  • Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Help build our culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust by providing excellent customer service and supporting your manager and team.
Requirements
  • Love baking and have a passion for creating high-quality products.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to meet goals with limited supervision.
  • Have excellent organizational and time-management skills to ensure efficient production and service.
  • Be committed to food safety and health safety, and have a strong attention to detail.
  • Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
