Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Crothall Healthcare. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, as well as dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor buffers.
  • Restock and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and events, such as deep cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch areas.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
