Are you passionate about enhancing the lives of seniors? Frontier Management is seeking a dedicated Activities Coordinator to create and oversee a vibrant activity program for our Assisted Living community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage a diverse range of social, educational, and recreational activities tailored to residents' interests.
- Encourage resident participation through effective communication and engagement strategies.
- Organize special events, including parties, games, and holiday celebrations.
- Collaborate with the Residents Council to facilitate monthly meetings and activities.
- Maintain and distribute activity calendars and newsletters to keep residents informed.
- Assist with front desk duties and provide community tours as needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid state-specific driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with residents and staff.
- Compassionate attitude towards elderly individuals and a commitment to enhancing their quality of life.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
