We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinician to join our team at St. Charles Youth & Family Services. As a Clinician, you will play a vital role in delivering family-based counseling and supportive services to clients and families.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments, psychosocial evaluations, and develop treatment plans for children, adolescents, and adults.
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies.
- Coordinate with community resources, schools, and government agencies to ensure comprehensive support for clients and families.
- Develop and implement strength-based family services, focusing on empowerment and resilience.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, including progress notes, service summaries, and court reports.
- Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Licensed or working towards licensure.
- Knowledge of adolescent and family issues, human growth and development theories, and trauma-informed care practices.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including those with behavioral, emotional, and learning disorders.
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and liability insurance.
This position requires indoor and outdoor work, including travel to client homes, court, and schools. Physical intervention may be necessary in some cases. A valid driver's license and liability insurance are required.
