- Member in good standing of the New York State Bar
- Experience working with Lexis and knowledge of the insurance industry, claims, and insurance defense litigation legal environment
- Strong litigation experience and capabilities, including the ability to develop and mentor others on trial advocacy
- First-chair jury trial experience and strong change management and communication skills
- Prior management experience and experience with general commercial litigation, including premises liability, New York Labor Law, commercial motor vehicle torts, personal injury, and wrongful death
- Experience with Employment Practices Liability (EPL) claims and strong litigation experience and capabilities
- Ability to effectively collaborate, build consensus, and influence outcomes, and experience working in a team-based environment
- Agility to navigate ambiguity, effective problem-solving and analytical skills, and ability to multi-task and adapt to a changing environment
