Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams to prioritize and coordinate remediation efforts
  • Support Secure Software Development practices and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Develop and update vulnerability management policies and procedures
  • Generate comprehensive vulnerability assessment reports
  • Coordinate with threat intelligence teams regarding emerging vulnerabilities and potential risks
  • Assist in reviewing penetration test results and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Support the Cyber GRC team for compliance with oversight frameworks and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in vulnerability management or related roles, with a strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies
  • Proficiency with vulnerability scanning tools and patch management software
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • Detail-oriented approach to analyzing scan results and identifying potential vulnerabilities
  • Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional experience in vulnerability management and security frameworks
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as NIST and HIPAA
  • Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA Security+
