About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Caregiver to join our team at All Ways Caring HomeCare. As a Certified Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide various personal caregiving services in accordance with an established plan of care
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Prepare meals and special diets
  • Perform general housekeeping activities
  • Administer medications to clients, as delegated by a licensed nurse
  • Provide transportation assistance to and from activities
  • Offer compassionate companionship to patients
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
  • Caregiver License (HCA/CNA) required, renewed annually
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
