Role Purpose: To guarantee that TRANSCON clients, both internal and external, receive exceptional service from the managing branch; Execute invoicing and financial responsibilities for Transcon with visionary leadership, enthusiasm, professionalism, and collaboration with the TRANSCON team. Through invoicing and finance, support the seamless operation of the department within the branch by focusing on Data, Finance, Freight, Personnel, Systems, and Culture in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management:
- Verify that customer tariffs are accurate and current.
- Engage with team members to explore improvement opportunities.
- Ensure customer tariffs are utilized for rating and invoicing all clients.
- Confirm that all costs are allocated correctly to maintain the profitability of all customer accounts.
- Adhere to all credit terms.
- Comprehend freight characteristics and ensure the application of correct dimensional factors and lineal foot rules as necessary.
- Engage with our clients throughout the invoicing and financial processes.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers, teammates, and offices.
- Employ existing tools to accurately invoice customer shipments.
- Be receptive to new tools and contribute to their development.

- Participate in and ensure all team members attend branch meetings and complete the required training hours.
- Preferred knowledge of operations/industry.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, coupled with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities recognized by customers and colleagues.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
