Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver comprehensive nursing care, adhering to the orders of Licensed Independent Providers.
  • Administer medications and assist in patient examinations and treatments.
  • Conduct sick calls alongside physicians, preparing necessary documentation and examination areas.
  • Dispense medications during pill calls and maintain accurate records as per established policies.
  • Assess and refer patients with illnesses or injuries to appropriate healthcare facilities.
  • Perform emergency procedures and coordinate with Licensed Independent Providers for necessary treatment orders.
  • Supervise and guide nursing care provided by licensed and non-licensed staff.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain confidentiality of medical records.
  • Conduct health education and counseling for individuals or groups as required.
  • Assist in maintaining operational records and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
