Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure that patient needs are met and concerns are addressed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license in the state of Nevada.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
- At least one year of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in ICU.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
