Welder Specialist

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Welder Specialist to join our team in Corvallis, Oregon. As a key member of our industrial team, you will be responsible for operating welding equipment to fuse metal segments using various processes.

• Operate welding equipment to join metal segments using processes such as gas tungsten arc welding, FCAW, and plasma arc welding.
• Inspect and prepare workpieces for welding, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Develop and implement welding techniques to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe work processes.

• Strong knowledge of welding processes and techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in welding preferred.
