Respiratory Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality respiratory care to patients with cardiopulmonary system deficiencies and abnormalities.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver skilled respiratory care modalities and interventions to designated patient populations
- Perform independent, professional respiratory care, ventilator management, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Conduct clinical evaluations of care, including the establishment of therapy and treatment objectives
- Collaborate with patient care staff and management to ensure high-quality patient care
- Graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy Training program
- Certified (CRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care
- Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) with the State of Washington
- Registry eligibility notice to sit for RRT exam from NBRC required
- Advanced cardiac life support credential required within 90 days of hire
