Electrical Controls Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Controls Specialist to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for implementing and improving maintenance practices in our facility.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and equipment, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions to improve our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Perform electrical repairs and maintenance tasks safely and efficiently
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment and controls hardware
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent contamination of product
- Participate in the quality process and understand the concepts and techniques involved
- Operate powered industrial vehicles for electrical repairs
- Have a working knowledge of National Electric Codes and Regulations
- Provide feedback to the maintenance team to improve equipment design and maintenance processes
- Optimize preventive maintenance documents to improve inspection quality

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in electrical technology or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance and controls; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic computer knowledge and mechanical aptitude required
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass a pre-employment assessment and background screening
- Pass a post-offer physical abilities test (PAT)
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting wage range of $32.76-$34.32 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases within the first year.
