Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Agent to join our team at RESSCO in Monroe, MI. As a Leasing Agent, you will play a crucial role in selling apartments and maintaining occupancy levels. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing and publishing daily marketing materials, conducting tours and consultations, and following up with prospects and applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell apartments and maintain occupancy levels
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage and publish daily marketing materials
  • Conduct tours and consultations
  • Follow up with prospects and applicants
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • High School Degree or Equivalent
  • 1-year related experience; Sales experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Yardi Software proficiency
  • Ability to sell and close
  • Marketing experience
  • Intermittent MS WORD | Excel Knowledge

Compensation: $17.00/hr to $21.00/hr depending on attitude and experience
