We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team at Levindale Hospital. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

About the Role:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.

About the Unit:

The Brain Health Unit at Levindale Hospital is a 40-bed unit that provides specialized care to patients with medical and psych diagnoses. Our team is dedicated to providing a supportive and therapeutic environment that promotes patient recovery and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Maryland.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
