Banquet Server

Hotel: Phoenix Glendale Renaissance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server to join our team at the Phoenix Glendale Renaissance. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and break down banquet meeting spaces according to event instructions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas
• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Serve food and beverages to guests according to company standards
• Manage audio-visual equipment during events
• Follow health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• 6 months of serving experience for medium to large groups
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Food Safety certificate or completion of training within 90 days
• Alcohol certification or completion of training within 90 days
