Job OverviewCleaning projects requiring advanced training and demonstrated skill are a key part of this role as a Custodian Coordinator at FirstService Residential. Inspecting work performed in assigned buildings/properties and submitting reports to the Supervisor is an essential responsibility.
Your Responsibilities:
- Sweeping, mopping, shampooing, dusting, polishing, trash disposal, replacing light bulbs, and window cleaning are among the various cleaning/maintenance duties you'll perform.
- Informs Supervisor of needed supplies.
- Maintains all cleaning solutions in accordance with OSHA requirements for hazardous chemicals.
