Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Leasing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for achieving occupancy goals, providing excellent customer service, and effectively marketing and leasing to prospects of the community.
About The Job
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, exhibit strong commitment to the service needs of internal and external customers, and represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times. You will be required to work closely with the Property Manager to achieve property goals, design marketing collateral, create appealing digital content, and maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data in property software programs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure all marketing, leasing, and operational goals are achieved daily/weekly/monthly under the supervision of the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
- Design and implement effective marketing strategies to increase visibility and drive leads.
- Create engaging digital content to promote the community on social media and other digital platforms.
- Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data in property software programs.
- Respond to internet leads, answer resident and prospect calls, and conduct property tours following company guidelines and policies.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the community, specials, and floor plans, as well as the competition.
- Assist with the planning and hosting of resident events.
- Assist applicants with the application process and lease process.
- Assist residents with the move-in and move-out process.
- Accurately prepare and have a thorough knowledge of all lease-related paperwork.
- Participate in the unit turn process.
- Write up and file service requests from residents upon receipt.
- Contribute to the general upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas, and model.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills required/Microsoft Office/Excel.
- A high energy level with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A desire to help others and impact your community.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
