Key Responsibilities:
This role encompasses a variety of essential tasks that contribute to our operational success. The following duties are not exhaustive and may be expanded as needed:

  • Install and connect electrical systems in accordance with technical blueprints and specifications from the engineering team.
  • Calibrate and troubleshoot components within large machinery electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with the engineering department to test and enhance designs tailored to specific customer needs.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
  • Engage in process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
To excel in this position, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

  • A preferred associate degree in electronics or a technical school equivalent, alongside three to five years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and wiring diagrams.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both manufacturing and administrative teams.
  • Basic mathematical and algebraic skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools, including drills, taps, benders, hole punches, bandsaws, and grinders.
